Caitlin LoCascio-King

Attorney

Prior to opening LoCascio-King Law in 2011, Caitlin was an associate attorney at a mid-size law firm, did contract work for Maine and New Hampshire law firms and was the law clerk at Unum. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and was awarded the Pro Bono Publico Award. While at Maine Law, she was a student attorney at both Legal Services for the Elderly and United States Attorney’s Office and a research assistant on articles published in the American Bankruptcy Review and Loyola Law Journal.

Caitlin is admitted to practice in both the Maine State courts as well as the United States District Court, District of Maine. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Maine State Bar Association, has been an Honoree of the Katahdin Counsel Recognition Program each year since its inception and has been named a Rising Star by Superlawyers each year since 2015. She has been a regular faculty member on continuing legal education courses on the topics of elder law, estate planning and trusts. Caitlin resides in Scarborough, Maine, with her husband, children and the family’s beagle-mix rescues and barn cats.
